Right of Withdrawal

Consumers have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without providing any reason. The withdrawal period begins the day you or a third party (other than the carrier) takes physical possession of the goods.

Return Conditions

Products can be returned if they meet the following conditions:

  • They are in their original, unused condition, with all accessories and documentation.
  • The product remained intact and was not used.

Returns will not be accepted for custom-made items, electrical products, used cleaning supplies, or specialist products. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product is defective or damaged during delivery.

Refund Process

After receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will refund you the full amount, including delivery costs (if applicable). The refund will be made using the same payment method unless otherwise agreed. The refund may take up to 14 days from receiving the product.
